What we collect, and when
We only collect information you give us. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not track you around the internet.
When you send a trade enquiry
Through the form on this site: your company, your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, country, role, the products you are interested in, indicative volumes, timing, and anything you write in the notes field.
When you send a specification
Through the specification form: the commercial and technical details of the product you want made, including dimensions, materials, packaging, quantities, delivery point and compliance requirements, together with your company and contact details.
When we meet you at a trade fair
If you hand us a business card, we may photograph it so that the details are recorded accurately. We keep the photograph alongside the contact record so that a transcription error can always be corrected against the original. We also record what was discussed.
When you contact us on WhatsApp
Your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the contents of the conversation. If you reach WhatsApp by tapping the button on this site, the message is written for you before you send it and you can edit or delete it first. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers. They process your data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other manufacturers, distributors or brokers. Nobody outside MVersal and the providers above sees your enquiry.
Where your data goes
MVersal is established in the Dominican Republic and our servers are in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data is therefore transferred outside it.
Being straight with you: the Dominican Republic is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Transfers there rely on the safeguards permitted under Chapter V of the GDPR. TO CONFIRM the exact mechanism, which is under legal review, and this section will be updated with the specific safeguard rather than a general statement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and specification records: TO CONFIRM.
Business card photographs are deleted once the contact details have been confirmed as correct and the record no longer depends on the original.
Where we have a contract with you, records connected to it are kept for as long as the relevant commercial and tax rules require.
Cookies, and the short version
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising pixels. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner.
The enquiry and specification pages store two things in your own browser, on your own device, using local storage:
- which language you chose, so the page opens in it next time;
- a draft of a form you have not finished, so you can close the page and come back to it.
Neither leaves your device and neither reaches us. Clearing your browser data removes both.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to what we do with it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you gave.
Write to info@mversalgroup.com. We will answer within one month. We will not ask you to justify the request and we will not make you chase it.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work. We would rather you came to us first, but that is your choice and not a condition.
Automated decisions
No decision about you is made automatically. Every quotation is prepared by a person, and every reply you receive was written or approved by one.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the version and date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will tell you directly rather than waiting for you to notice.
